Edward (Ed) is a co-founder and the President of LifeLegacy Wealth Management Inc.  He provides comprehensive and integrated financial planning services to the clients of LifeLegacy. Many of those clients are owner-managers of private corporations or farm families, whom have complex financial and wealth management needs. Ed’s experience and expertise in providing integrated personal and corporate plans has been noted as leading-edge by clients and their professional Tax and Legal advisors.

Ed's professional background includes 27 years service to Alberta’s farmers and business owners; 23 years as a financial advisor and 4 years in commercial banking as Small Business & Agriculture Account Manager. 

Ed received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.  He attained the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2005, the Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2014 and was honored as a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute in 2011.  Each of these designations require ongoing professional development and adherence to codes of ethics and professional practice.

Richard Bradford, B.Sc., CAFA, P.Ag., CFP®

Co- Founder, Retired 

Richard co-founded LifeLegacy in 2003 and serviced as the leader of our team until his retirement in 2020.  After helping so many people successfully transition their farms and business and enter into retirement, he has recently settled into his own retirement.  Richard is currently enjoying life in the country and spending quality time with his family.

Richard's professional background included over 40 years of service to farmers, business owners and professionals, 17 years of which were in senior management positions. Coming from a dairy farm background Richard had over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, both as a Financial Planner and as a Commercial Banker. For almost 6 years he served as Grains Manager in the canola processing industry, representing Canadian Oilseed Processors on the Canola Council of Canada. Previously he served 5 years with Alberta Agriculture as District Agriculturist before transitioning into the agri-business sector.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture form the University of Guelph, has completed graduate studies in business administration and advanced farm management at the University of Alberta, Oregon State and Washington State Universities.
